I designed two large murals for the queer exhibition SEEN, which presented artworks from the Arts Council Collection.
The designs were informed by a workshop I led with young people where we explored the importance of representation within art and culture and the many sides of what it means to be “seen”.
The entry mural captures the ongoing struggle of trans liberation, and took inspiration from artwork made in the workshop. The window design shows snippets of the personal experiences for the outside to see.
