In 2023 I spent a year in California. This series came out of a deep creative frustration. Having not made any new work,  i decided to create animal ‘lost cat’ style posters and paste them around my neighbourhood. Some were based on observations, others were just a bit silly. The series created a lot serendipitous encounters – including me meeting the Bay Area cougar specialist who thought i was a child that had seen a cougar (read about that encounter here).
 
Hand-printed – note that these are on American sized letter paper, so 11x8.5in.
