Bristol Mural Collective

Aim
To provide support, advice and opportunities to all skill-level painters, empowering creatives through paint jams, socials & workshops.

Project highights:

  • Lucky Lane Paint Fest (2025, led by Nina Raines, Amy McHugh, Patri)
  • Brislingtons Smallest Street Art Festival (2024)
  • Palestine Film Festival Collaboration (2022, painting a design by Malak Mattar on PRSC wall)
  • Upfest (2022, 2024)

Background
I started the Bristol Mural Collective in 2018 after realising a lot of aspiring painters lacked confidence in making work in public space (like myself!).

The group was founded to support women, non-binary and trans folks to make street art. After conversations around what inclusivity means to us, the group changed from ‘Bristol Womxn’s Mural Collective’ to ‘Bristol Mural Collective’ to be for anyone who needs community and support.
