Toppling Colston

Personal project 

Making work in public space is important to me; it’s a tool for activism, collaboration, self expression and for reclaiming ad spaces with art. The work by Brandalism has been a big inspiration for me (see advertising shits in your head). Over the years I’ve worked with Rising Arts Agency and Adfree Cities on a number of billboard projects. This billboard was created in response to the toppling of the Colston statue in Bristol.
